Youthaid Management conducted a 4-Day Project orientation for 22 field staff for CampBetterEkiti in Ado-Ekiti, between the 10th-14the of January 2011. Their orientation included a general over-veiw of the project, data collection for qualitative outcomes for youth perspective about self-employment and agriculture. They were also taken through self-motivation sessions by Yulia Kasyankova, our friend and partner from Russia. The orientatiuon programme took place at Youthaid's CHANGEVILLE complex in Ado-Ekiti, Nigeria.
